控制方式：全自動燃氣攪拌炒鍋（PLC控制）采用PLC程序電控技術，攪拌速度、時間、炒制溫度、鍋體翻動、刮板升降均可按設定工序自動操作，觸摸屏顯示工作界面。

安全環(huán)保措施：設有煙道集中向室外排煙、環(huán)保衛(wèi)生；爐體部附有保溫層，即減少能源損失又避免人員燙傷，安全節(jié)能；設有火焰監(jiān)控視頻，可以很好的監(jiān)測火焰的大小。
